Testing & Refining

After an Idea is approved for further exploration, it continues as a Project, where the innovator will test and refine their idea's hypotheses through a number of key stages. Projects use a more thorough lean methodology process, and include special tools to help the Innovator convey their idea's value proposition.

Like in Ideas, for each stage of a Project, a Step Process interface guides the innovator through the process of completing the required tasks for the stage.

The "waypoint" indicator in the right side of the following graphic shows what stage the Project is in, and lets the innovator or viewer see the work of the Project in any stage of the innovation process.

Hypotheses

The "Hypotheses" section of a Project contains detailed information about the proposal and its potential value.

Hypothesis "modules" are configurable for each program. A number of specialized modules are available by default, but your organization can request custom modules if needed.
